This is the second book of a two-part series. In Book One, Finding the GAP, we develop an understanding of some mechanisms of the body, brain, mind, and false ego. These introductory, preliminary steps are vital to understanding the book you now have before you.
Building on the foundation of Book One, in Entering the GAP, we will address the obscured and often misconstrued anartha habits. Pulling apart these subtle elements, we begin to move from our head into our heart. When operating from our head, affected by our mind and false ego, we often find conflict within and without.
Approaching life from our heart, we can find inspiring and creative ways to enhance our spiritual relationships. First though, we’ll confront the anartha obstacles which guard our heart. Though our spiritual journey has many twists and turns, it is a worthwhile adventure of self-discovery preparing us to reestablish our loving relationship with our dearmost friend, Krishna in our heart.
